1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Disney Done Right course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

2. Course Access

2.1 Access Period

Upon purchase, you will receive 180 days (6 months) of access to the course content from the date of purchase. After 180 days, your access will automatically expire.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to the course content.

2.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the course. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent access.

3. Payment & Pricing

3.1 Course Price

The current price for Disney Done Right is $27 USD. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect purchases already made.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

3.3 No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the course description and understand the no-refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All course content, including but not limited to text, videos, images, graphics, worksheets, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Mighty Jo LLC and Dr. Ely Schneider, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your personal, non-commercial use only during your access period.

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course content with others
• Record, screenshot, or create derivative works from the course
• Use course content for commercial purposes
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to others
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the course in a lawful manner and not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the course platform
• Use automated systems to access the course

ELY SCHNEIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Disney Done Right is an independent educational course. We are not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All references to Disney parks, services, and policies are for educational purposes only.

9. Changes to Course Content

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the course content at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but are not responsible for outdated information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the course at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
